Baotou's 1st State-owned freight platform up and running
A total of 28 metric tons of scrap steel were recently loaded and dispatched from State-owned Baogang Group, marking the official launch of the Baogang Ganglian Logistics Network Freight Platform, the first freight platform in Baotou run by a State-owned enterprise.
This platform serves as an essential means for Baogang to integrate its digital and informational resources into the regional logistics market, enhancing logistical efficiency and reducing operational costs.
The Baogang Ganglian Logistics Network Freight Platform is designed to encompass functions such as information verification, contract signing, real-time transport monitoring, delivery acceptance, freight settlement, and insurance claims.
Through the intelligent online scheduling of data, the platform seamlessly integrates the flow of business, logistics, invoicing, finances, and information.
Currently, the platform's logistics have extended to regions including Shanxi, Shaanxi, Tianjin, Jiangsu, Ningxia, Xinjiang, and the Mongolian border ports. It has amassed over 2,300 customers and is showing strong momentum in its development.
