Recently, at the first specialty agricultural and by-products expo in Guyang county, Baotou city, a diverse array of agricultural products attracted visitors who frequently stopped to inquire about and taste them.

The event served as a platform for collective economic entities from various towns and villages to showcase their strengths, seek investment opportunities, and expand their product markets.

One notable participant was Xiaoshihao town in Guyang, which presented products such as grains, oils, beef, and astragalus.

In recent years, the town has adopted a collective approach, with farmers engaged in planting crops while the village collective handles sales. Last year, they generated revenue of 4.8 million yuan ($658,648), and this year's expected earnings are projected to surpass 10 million yuan.

The expo facilitated cooperation agreements totaling 2.3 million yuan, with on-site subscriptions reaching 4.2 million yuan. Furthermore, several enterprises expressed their willingness to establish long-term partnerships with various towns in Guyang.
