CPPCC Baotou committee member focuses on enterprises innovation
"In recent years, Baotou city's business environment has continuously improved, and my proposals have been fully implemented, steering the attention of the Party and government towards the needs of businesses," said Wang Bin, member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and a member of the CPPCC Baotou Municipal Committee.
Wang is also chairman of Baotou Saibei Machinery Equipment Co. He made this statement during an interview with reporters at the third session of the 14th CPPCC Baotou Municipal Committee.

In recent years, Wang has been actively involved in advocating for technological innovation and economic development. To reach this goal, he has provided valuable suggestions for the reform and development of Baotou.
He submitted 12 proposals in total to the committee, including suggestions for establishing an industrial base for emergency support specialized vehicles in Baotou, promoting the listing of Baotou's small and medium-sized enterprises in the Beijing Stock Exchange, as well as advancing the integration of information technology and industrialization in Baotou.
Of his suggestions, the proposal on promoting the listing of Baotou’s small and medium-sized enterprises in the Beijing Stock Exchange has been prioritized by the committee.
At the third session of the 14th CPPCC Baotou Municipal Committee, Wang submitted a proposal titled "Establishing and Improving Countermeasures for Technological Innovations of 'specialized and sophisticated' Small and Medium-sized Enterprises to Address Weaknesses".
In regard to addressing the shortcomings in technological innovation for "specialized and sophisticated" small and medium-sized enterprises, Wang also proposed accelerating the construction of a big data information platform to support technological innovation services for businesses. Additionally, he suggested establishing and improving mechanisms for financial and tax policies to support research and development expenses related to technological innovation.
