Baotou city hosted a symposium for representatives of various university alumni associations in China on Feb 2.

During the meeting, 18 representatives from various domestic universities learned about Baotou's talent attraction policies and industrial development status in detail. The representatives also provided suggestions on how to promote the transformation of technological achievements between the city and universities and how to attract more talent.

After attentively listening to everyone's remarks, Dong Xinyue, a member of the standing committee of CPC Baotou Municipal Party Committee, stated that currently, Baotou is vigorously cultivating new industries, resulting in numerous achievements in industrial development throughout the city. Therefore, Baotou is eager to recruit talents to support the city's industrial development.

Dong also hopes that all the participating representatives will actively publicize Baotou's momentum in innovation and development, thus encouraging more university talents to contribute to the city's industrial development.
