Baotou builds doctoral service station
A doctoral service station that was jointly established by the Baotou meteorological bureau, Baotou Normal College, Baotou forestry bureau, and the Baotou Agricultural Research Institute was recently inaugurated.
The first group of doctoral service stations consist of 24 doctoral candidates from various fields, including environmental science, atmospheric remote sensing, desertification control, and ecological restoration.
These stations provide services for scientific research projects that relate to climate resource development and efficient utilization, ecological restoration, atmospheric pollution prevention and control, agricultural and animal husbandry development, and other fields.
These doctoral service stations lay a solid foundation for broader cooperation among the four parties in the future. They will fully leverage the professional and technical advantages of universities and departments to enrich cooperation content, as well as to build a new pattern for the integrated development of production, learning, and research.
