Baotou JA Solar Technology Co and Shuangliang Materials (Baotou) Co in Baotou city, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, were shortlisted for the latest National Intelligent Photovoltaic Pilot Demonstration List. These are the only two companies selected from Inner Mongolia.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, along with four other departments, recently announced the fourth National Intelligent Photovoltaic Pilot Demonstration List, with a total of 45 companies selected nationwide.

It is reported that intelligent photovoltaics, as an important part of the new energy sector, can effectively promote deep adjustments and reforms in technological innovation. Its development is of great significance in achieving the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.

The purpose of this pilot demonstration activity is to implement the work deployment of the "Action Plan for Innovative Development of Intelligent Photovoltaic Industry (2021-25)", accelerate the progress of intelligent photovoltaic technology and industry applications, and promote the deep integration of energy technology with modern information, new materials, and advanced manufacturing technology.
