Baotou, located in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, hosted a matchmaking conference for rare earth permanent magnet motors.

Representatives of a total of 137 permanent magnet motor enterprises in Inner Mongolia on both sides of the supply-demand equation and persons who came to Baotou to inspect and invest in rare earth permanent magnet motor projects were invited to attend the meeting.

During the conference, the parties engaged in extensive discussions, attempting to find a balance between supply and demand. Suppliers of rare earth permanent magnet motors, such as Inner Mongolia North Jiaxuan Technology Co and Wolong Group, presented their products at the event, while consumers of the products such as Baogang Group described their needs. Several companies signed agreements onsite.

The attendees of the conference also visited the exhibition hall of Baotou Changan Permanent Magnet Motor Co, the production line of Baotou CRRC Motor Co, as well as the rare earth permanent magnet motor production line of Beifang Jiaxuan Co.

Dong Jiwen, general manager of Inner Mongolia Beifang Jiaxuan Technology Co, stated that the matching conference resulted in cooperation intentions with several companies.

Baotou has been actively promoting the construction of the rare earth permanent magnet motor industrial park, which is expected to be ready for company occupancy in June. By 2025, the industrial park is expected to house over 50 enterprises, establishing itself as a nationally influential production base for rare earth permanent magnet motors.
