From Baotou Golden Street to Hengshu Street, business streets across Baotou are bringing a sense of vibrancy to the city's nightlife this summer.

The 2024 Baotou Night Economy Kick-off Ceremony and the Featured Business Street Alliance Licensing Ceremony were recently held on Baotou Golden Street, and five popular business streets in Baotou offered residents and tourists new nighttime consumption experiences.

Jin Yongli, deputy director of the Baotou bureau of commerce, stated, "With the establishment of the Baotou Featured Business Street Alliance, we can integrate the resources of the city's featured streets and promote the coordinated development of these unique areas."

Coinciding with the Dragon Boat Festival holiday from June 8 to 10, Baotou Golden Street, as a member of the Featured Business Street Alliance, saw a peak in visitor numbers.

Baotou Golden Street is set to launch various special events in June, July, and August, including the Old Baotou Culture Festival, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Food Festival, and the Food Culture Festival of Nine Provinces along Yellow River, to boost the city's night economy.

Additionally, Baotou is making strong efforts to create Inner Mongolia's first Featured Business Street Product Processing and R&D Center, which will officially commence operations in mid-June.
