The Baotou bureau of science and technology recently held the 26th session of the Baotou Science and Innovation Salon at Inner Mongolia North Heavy Industries Group Co, focusing on the sci-tech achievements of the special hydraulic pump and valve laboratory for ordnance equipment.

Representatives from 17 tech-based enterprises in Baotou, including Baogang Group and Mingyang Group, were invited to attend.

The event aimed to promote the research and development of key technologies and product development in the equipment manufacturing field as well as promote the commercialization of sci-tech achievements from the special hydraulic pump and valve laboratory.

At the conference, the head of the pump and valve laboratory at North Heavy introduced the development process and achievements made in the localization of special hydraulic pumps and valves for ordnance equipment. Nine technological achievements in the fields of basic components, advanced basic processes, and basic devices were released, including the high-pressure load-sensitive multiway valve technology.

After the conference, the attending company representatives visited the special hydraulic pump and valve test and certification center at North Heavy. They gained a detailed understanding of the laboratory's infrastructure, production scale, and product development. In addition, they conducted detailed consultations on North Heavy's products, production processes, and the promotion and application of key technologies.
