Camera lens captures harmony ethnic harmony in Baotou
The "Forging a Community of Shared Future for the Chinese Nation" publicity campaign, organized by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee in collaboration with the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee and the National Ethnic Affairs Commission, arrived in Baotou on June 27.
The campaign was launched on June 24 in Ulaanhot, Hinggan League, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, and passed through several places in Inner Mongolia. The aim of the campaign is to thoroughly report on unique measures and exemplary cases in building a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation.
During their time in Baotou, over 60 editors and reporters from major national and some local news media outlets, as well as industry-specific media, visited a number of significant sites.
These sites included the Baogang Group Exhibition Hall, the Red Exhibition Hall of Baogang's No 1 Blast Furnace, Arden 1# Community in Hondlon district, Baotou Museum, Tuanjie Square, Hongyuan New Materials (Baotou) Co, and Saikhantal Urban Grassland.

Journalists conducted focused interviews to capture and highlight the interactions and integration among various ethnic groups in Baotou, showing how they live, learn, build, work and enjoy life together.
