The first Baotou Convergence Media Center Auto Expo is bustling with visitors, and the excitement at the event continues to grow.

Reporters on-site have observed that green travel is becoming a new trend, with new energy vehicles (NEVs) gaining significant popularity.

With advancements in new energy vehicle technology, many models now feature long-range capabilities to alleviate range anxiety, intelligent in-car systems for assisted driving and automatic parking, and increasingly robust urban charging infrastructure. These developments have significantly boosted consumer acceptance of NEVs.

Ms Liu, a resident attending the auto expo with her family, expressed her delight, saying, "We plan to buy a new energy vehicle this year, but we haven't decided on a brand or model yet. It's really nice to be able to explore so many brands and models in one place at the expo."

Chen Kai, general manager of Baotou Shengshi Jinda Jetour 4S Store, remarked, "There is a large crowd at the auto expo, and our promotional efforts are substantial. As of noon on July 20, our booth has already sold seven cars."
