Bidding farewell to the old dilapidated houses and narrow roads, the new community features a modern and minimalist design, a spacious and bright interior, and a well-planned room layout.
"We designed 108-square-meter houses with water, electricity, and heating facilities to fully meet residents' needs," said Wang Feng, general manager of Baotou City Dilapidated Housing Renovation Construction and Development (Qingshan District) Co, who was responsible for the project.
Additionally, the community has newly paved roads, landscaping and parking facilities.
