This reflects the city's commitment to its "one-stop service" initiative, which aims to handle public concerns promptly and effectively.

In recent years, Baotou has integrated the "one-stop service" approach into the standardized development of its governance centers. The city ensures early detection and resolution of conflicts by centralizing resources for dispute mediation and streamlining processes.

Baotou's governance centers gather administrative, judicial, and social resources, employing a combination of on-site experts and periodic consultations. These centers offer a comprehensive suite of services, from legal aid to mediation, providing residents with a seamless and efficient resolution process.

These efforts led to the successful resolution of 14,769 disputes in 2023, with a 90-percent case closure rate and a 77-percent mediation success rate.

Baotou will continue enhancing the standardization and efficiency of its governance centers to maintain social harmony and address public grievances at the grassroots level.
