As the Spring Festival approaches, the gig job market in Baotou's Rare Earth High-tech Industrial Development Zone remains a lifeline for flexible workers such as Fan Xiaoping, who visits daily to access short-term job opportunities in a warm and well-equipped environment.

The facility provides heating, charging stations, drinking water, and real-time recruitment information, allowing workers to comfortably connect with employers across Baotou. Managed by Inner Mongolia West Talent (Group) Co, the market has already served over 900 individuals, published more than 1,000 job openings from 120 companies, and placed 550 workers. It will remain open until the 28th of the twelfth lunar month.
