The Party service center of Qingshan Road sub-district has become a hub of people-centered services, efficiently handling over 150 government procedures ranging from pension and medical insurance to employment support. By implementing systems such as one-time notification and a first-inquiry responsibility system, the center has managed to improve service quality and reduce waiting times.

In the past year, the center processed 122 pension-related cases, 201 medical insurance services, and provided subsidies of over 3.34 million yuan ($457,580) to 439 individuals struggling to find employment. It has also supported 1,572 veterans by issuing preferential treatment certificates and distributing nearly 1.7 million yuan in financial assistance.

Through neighborhood activities like community banquets, charity sales, and sporting events, the center has strengthened local engagement and fostered a shared, well-governed community.
