The program's success stems from its diverse offerings: prosperity markets have created six entrepreneurship projects for disadvantaged groups, gig economy markets connect skilled tradespeople with residents needing home services, and the neighborhood night school provides over 50 affordable courses from calligraphy to photography. These activities attract hundreds of business owners, turning previously quiet community centers into busy nighttime destinations.

"This initiative proves that community-level night economy programs can significantly enhance resident engagement and local economic vitality," said a sub-district official.
