Baotou hosts anti-counterfeit currency awareness campaign

The Baotou Branch of the People's Bank of China launched a creative anti-counterfeit currency campaign targeting students and faculty across local universities on Mar 31. Utilizing video screenings, infographics, and interactive quizzes, the initiative educated 344 participants on identifying fake banknotes, rejecting cashless discrimination, and mitigating the risks of virtual currency scams. 

The campaign combined entertainment with education, increasing public awareness. The Baotou Branch committed to expanding such innovative outreach efforts, promoting a secure and inclusive financial environment. This initiative highlights Baotou's dedication to protecting consumer rights and fighting financial fraud.
