For over three decades, Gao Xin has been a prominent figure in the ideological and political education of Inner Mongolia autonomous region. As a senior teacher at Baotou No 97 High School and recipient of numerous national teaching awards, Gao has developed an approach that bridges textbook knowledge with real-life applications, profoundly impacting generations of students.

Gao Xin's influence extends far beyond the classroom. Students describe her as both mentor and friend, with many crediting her guidance for crucial life decisions. "She helped me reconcile career aspirations with family expectations," recalled graduate Zhang Yixuan, now a university student.

As director of Baotou's ideological education demonstration center, Gao has trained over 100 young teachers. Colleagues admire her dual commitment to professional excellence and personal mentorship. "She transformed my teaching approach and even helped me find a work-life balance," said junior teacher Liu Guojuan.
