Baotou's innovative financial support program has become a catalyst for local business expansion, with 56.8 billion yuan ($7.85 billion) already disbursed to 158 enterprises as of March. The city's initiative to financially support operational enterprises, projects under construction, and projects in negotiation has matched 249 companies with banking institutions, addressing 32.5 billion yuan in financing needs.

A standout example is Inner Mongolia Yunzhengsheng New Materials Co, which secured 9.5 million yuan in working capital within just five days through the customized services of the Baotou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. The bank has approved 5.1 billion yuan in credit lines, with 1.2 billion yuan already distributed to nine beneficiaries. 

The program's effectiveness stems from its comprehensive approach, featuring weekly progress reviews, tailored financing solutions, and groundbreaking financial tools, including the Inner Mongolia autonomous region's first digital warehouse receipt system. Along with the city's credit guarantee fund, this has facilitated 27.8 billion yuan in secured loans for 632 businesses. Financial authorities are continuing to refine these services, ensuring precise support flows to existing manufacturers, ongoing projects, and potential investments – all of which are crucial for sustaining Baotou's economic momentum.
