In the first quarter of 2025, Baotou's Rare Earth High-tech Development Zone distributed 3.11 million yuan ($430,000) in talent rewards to 64 enterprises and 510 individuals under five key policies, including youth talent subsidies, housing support, and human resource industry incentives. 

The zone has enhanced talent services through proactive enterprise guidance, resolving 110 school enrollment cases for employees' children and providing 20 sci-tech consultancy sessions for 22 firms. Annual funding of 10 million yuan supports initiatives such as policy training, benefiting 270 companies this year. 

Moving forward, the zone will optimize policy implementation and strengthen industry-talent alignment to fuel regional development.
