On Apr 24, Baotou celebrated 108 outstanding individuals at the Inner Mongolia autonomous region's Model Workers and Advanced Workers Commendation Conference. Among them, 72 were awarded the title of "Model Worker", while 36 received "Advanced Individual" honors. 

The honorees came from diverse fields, including frontline industrial workers, innovative researchers, rural leaders, dedicated educators, entrepreneurs, and healthcare professionals. Their achievements demonstrate the spirit of hard work, innovation, and excellence, reflecting the collective dedication of Baotou's labor force.
