Updated: 2025-05-19

The United Front Work Department of the CPC Baotou Municipal Committee inaugurated the "shared heart" service corps on May 17, mobilizing cross-sector expertise to benefit local communities. The program brings together over 200 professionals in medicine, law, education, and technology across political parties, non-affiliates, and new social strata.

During the launch, seven service stations concurrently provided free medical checkups, legal consultations, and professional training to over 2,000 residents. Legal and medical team leaders pledged to leverage specialized skills for grassroots development.

The initiative will institutionalize monthly outreach to schools, enterprises, and rural areas, focusing on healthcare, policy guidance, and agricultural technical support. "This platform bridges expertise with community needs," noted Wang Qi, a staff member of the United Front Work Department from the committee.
