Baotou utilizes the advantages of efficient, timely, and convenient distribution of financial subsidy funds through the "one card" system, and timely disburses various funds for the benefit of the people and farmers.

From January to May, the city distributed a total of 319.14 million yuan ($44.47 million) in financial subsidies through the "one card" system, benefiting 700,500 people and covering 46 items in 40 categories across seven fields.

Among them, the social security sector received 193.82 million yuan, the wage subsidy sector received 35.67 million yuan, the animal husbandry sector received 29.51 million yuan, the construction sector received 28.09 million yuan, the forestry sector received 4.75 million yuan, the agriculture sector received 17.45 million yuan, and the family planning sector received 9.85 million yuan.

A total of 260.78 million yuan in subsidies were distributed to rural areas and 58.36 million yuan were distributed to urban areas.

Darhan-Muminggan Joint Banner, Tumed Right Banner, and Guyang county ranked among the top three in the city in terms of distribution volume, amounting to 223 million yuan, accounting for 69.87 percent of the city's total.
