North-South Business Street in Wanshuiquan town, Baotou, has become a bustling food hub, where locals like Wang Yuzhi and Zhang Wenhui proudly state that they are greatly benefiting from tourism.

The 100-meter-long North-South Business Street features 25 eateries, from handmade shaomai (steamed dumplings) to crispy fried cakes and chewy oat noodles, all showcasing century-old culinary traditions.

At "Fatty Fish Restaurant", Zhang Wenhui's Yellow River fish banquets draw vast crowds. Each dish, crafted with generations of skill, tells a story of cultural heritage and rural revival, proving that tourism has seasoned this village's new recipe for prosperity.
