The night market job fair is an attempt by the Donghe district human resources and social security bureau to explore and innovate new models for promoting employment. It breaks through the time and space limitations of traditional job fairs, integrates employment services into the public daily life, creates a flexible and convenient new employment platform, and integrates shopping with job seeking.
A total of 18 companies participated in the job fair, providing 208 positions in areas such as general work, property management, and cleaning. The fair invited Baotou Modern Service Vocational Training School and Baotou Dongfang Vocational Training School to provide policy consultation and career assessment for job seekers.
The job fair was broadcast online, with the host introducing various jobs. Over 100 college graduates and those facing employment difficulties participated in the live broadcast, and 122 people have reached preliminary employment agreements.
An employment service zone was set up at the fair, where staff members explained policies such as talent reserves, employment internships, and entrepreneurship guarantee loans to job seekers, promoting the professionalization and refinement of employment services.
