As an innovative practice in the development of the district's public cultural service system, the Kundulun District Library has established a standardized management system and carried out deep cooperation with a diverse array of social entities, including communities, financial institutions, and cultural and leisure venues.

The library has established a scientific and differentiated resource allocation mechanism. According to the spatial scale and service positioning, each reading room is equipped with high-quality books ranging from 500 to 1000 volumes, covering all disciplines such as philosophy and social sciences, literature and art, and natural sciences, featuring classic works while showcasing regional cultural characteristics.

The library uses big data to analyze readers' borrowing habits, boasts a dynamic update mechanism, and updates over 500 books annually.

Each reading room has formed unique collection characteristics due to the needs of readers in different regions: community reading rooms focus on life encyclopedias and children's books, campus reading rooms feature educational guidance and academic resources, and commercial complex reading rooms offer humanities and leisure books, achieving precise cultural supply.

A library representative said, "We will continue to deepen innovation practices, improve service networks, enrich service content, and make city reading rooms a spiritual home for the public, making our district more culturally rich."
