The ethnic fitness gymnastics project integrates the rhythmic beauty of ethnic dance with the vitality and dynamism of modern fitness gymnastics. It is not only an effective way to strengthen the body, but also a way to preserve various ethnic cultures.

The competition is divided into two parts: standard routines and self-selected routines. The former requires unified movements and focuses on creative formation, while the latter provides creative space for each representative team.

"The children are amazing, and I am so proud of them!" said Zhao Xiaoyan, the team's coach. This is about more than victory, it's about allowing various ethnic cultures to thrive in the fertile soil of the school campus.
