A Fuxing comprehensive inspection train departed on Aug 3 from Baotou Railway Station, beginning comprehensive performance testing of its system equipment and facilities in the Baotou-Huinong section of the Baotou-Yinchuan High-speed Railway in preparation for the line's opening.

According to Gou Jianpeng, a representative of the Hohhot Rail, the CR400BF-J-0001 Fuxing comprehensive inspection train is equipped with the latest detection systems for track geometry, vehicle dynamic responses, wheel rail forces, pantographs, and communication signals. It is capable of inspecting the track, roadbeds, bridges, contact networks, communication signals, electric traction power supply, and other projects along the line.

According to the inspection plan, the train will undergo tests at eleven different operating speed levels ranging from 60 to 275 kilometers per hour.

Testing personnel will collect and analyze data from system equipment using high-precision measuring instruments and advanced data processing technology. This enables real-time diagnosis of whether the railway line meets standards, providing a scientific basis for equipment refinement and repair during debugging. Consequently, the performance of each system will meet operational requirements.
