Greater Bay Area media group visits Baotou
A media group consisting of 40 journalists from 30 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area media outlets visited Baotou from Aug 2 to 4.

The group visited multiple Baotou enterprises to gain a deeper understanding of the city's innovative vitality, industrial development, and cultural and tourism industries.
In JL MAG (Baotou) Technology Co, group members gained a close-up understanding of rare earth applications. In Inner Mongolia First Machinery Group Co, they felt the majesty of Chinese weaponry. They also visited Baotou Steel Group Co's exhibition museum and learned about the company's entrepreneurial history.

The group also visited the Darhan Muminggan Joint Banner Biligetai Ethnic Food Co, where journalists observed the production process of Mongolian specialty foods, tasted traditional cuisine, and enjoyed milk tea.

"This trip to Baotou has been very rewarding for me," said a journalist from Hong Kong Commercial Daily. "I visited Inner Mongolia autonomous region 10 years ago and saw significant changes this time. I hope to bring these experiences to Hong Kong readers and attract more people to visit Baotou."
