Baotou lures talent with preferential policies and innovative approaches

At the opening ceremony, Baotou launched various measures to attract talents for its talent chain, industry chain, innovation chain, cultivation chain, and service chain, facilitate talent introduction.

To develop the talent chain, Baotou released the "Baotou 2024 Talent Introduction White Paper" and presented model universities with titles for talent introduction.

To strengthen the industry chain, Baotou showcased 10 achievements in talent integration in the rare earth industry and issued appointment letters to the first batch of technology-related vice-presidents and industry-related professors.

To boost the innovation chain, postdoctoral research stations, newly registered academician workstations, and Inner Mongolia sci-tech innovation enclaves were put into operation.

To develop the cultivation chain, Baotou continued introducing talent into the "Elite Revitalize Inner Mongolia" project and the "Deer City Elite" project.

To strengthen the service chain, Baotou distributed "Talent Cards" to high-level talent representatives and put the first batch of Baotou Youth Talent Stations into operation.

Baotou's success in attracting global talent stems from its consistent commitment to welcoming professionals with respect and support. To further strengthen this effort, the city has introduced 11 new talent policies, including opening staffing positions in government-affiliated institutions to enterprises.

To strengthen talent cultivation, Baotou offered eight talent cultivation policies. In an effort to increase platform support, it introduced 10 platform support policies. To improve the talent evaluation system, Baotou optimized five talent evaluation policies. To strengthen talent services, Baotou has launched 24 advanced talent service policies in eight categories.
