Smart elderly care service platform starts operation in Baotou

A smart elderly care service platform was officially launched in Baotou, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on June 27, marking a new step forwards for the city's elderly care service industry, reports Baotou Daily.

The smart elderly care service platform is a social project developed by Baotou city to serve the elderly. It's being led by the city's civil affairs bureau.

The platform integrates home care, community care, and institutional care into the platform for unified management. It also provides external services.

The platform uses the internet, WeChat, hotlines and other communication channels to manage supply and demand, and effectively enhance the timeliness of elderly care services and resource coordination.
