In addition to the offline job fair, Qingshan district also launched online recruitment sessions. Staff members from the Qingshan District Employment Service Center hosted live broadcasts, delivering presentations on employment policies, entrepreneurship policies, entrepreneurship training, and unemployment insurance policies. These hosts also interacted with job seekers in real-time, answering questions and providing clarifications.

So far, the city has organized 38 online and offline recruitment events under the "Chunfeng Action" initiative. It has promoted 10,900 job positions and effectively alleviated local employment pressures.

Moreover, the Baotou Employment Service Center and the Yinchuan Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Center in Ningxia Hui autonomous region have agreed to cooperate on matters related to labor.

At the recent Baotou-Yinchuan labor cooperation symposium, several Inner Mongolian enterprises exchanged views with vocational schools in Yinchuan, such as Yinchuan Technical School and the Ningxia Water Conservancy and Electric Power Engineering School, aiming to complement each other's human resources needs and talent resources.

"We appreciate the employment departments for providing a platform for our enterprises to communicate with local institutions, thus promptly addressing our workforce challenges," said Li Yang, the person in charge of human resources at Inner Mongolia Baijie Industrial Co.

Moving forward, Baotou is set to launch another 100 recruitment events this year.
