Construction work on the Amer (Baotou) New Material Technology Industrial Park officially began on June 21 in Baotou city, located in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, according to local news reports.

The construction includes a new materials metal industrial park project, a non-metal new materials and new energy project and supply chain project, as well as R&D and logistics centers.
