High-end talent to boost development in Baotou's rare earth sector

Baotou in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region will boost talent cultivation and introduction for the development of its rare earth sector, as suggested at the 13th Baotou China International Forum on Dec 20.
Economist Wen Yuankai suggested that Baotou should strengthen basic research on rare earths and cultivate cutting-edge innovative talent in this field.
The rare earth forum saw the establishment of the Rare Earth Industry College of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, which is expected to offer more platforms and greater growth space for high-end talent.
