The first session of the 12th Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference is convened from Jan 23 to 29, and the first session of the 13th People’s Congress of Inner Mongolia autonomous region is held in Hohhot from Jan 24 to 31. The two sessions gather officials and deputies to review significant progress boosted regional strength and economic growth in 2017, and provide constructive proposals to improve the economy, culture and peoples’ livelihoods, with further sustainable development expected in the future.
