2014-04-01 By Liu Yufen (chinadaily.com.cn)

A real-name information database of technical professionals will be established in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region; a collection of real-name information of professionals will be put together, according to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Department of Human Resources and Social Security on March 28.

By applying modern information technology, Inner Mongolia will build a professionals’ information database with a proper structure, full-range functionality and dynamic updates; and it will include data on the amount of professional resources, structure and distribution in the region’s various industries and enterprises.

In addition to a work system that incorporates dynamic internet data collection and operation, a long-term working system to manage the technical personnel’s real-name information will be worked out by the autonomous region. It will figure out the problems facing professional groups and optimize the region’s structure through tactical measures, in order to lay a solid foundation for the regional professionals’ information management and sharing.

Professionals who were awarded qualification certificates after 2000 will be included in the database, but not those certificates issued by the regional human resources and social security department.
