HASAR Boke League Finals Championship kicks off in North China

This photo taken on April 12 shows the fifth monthly match of the 2013-2014 HASAR Boke League Finals Championship, which took place in Hohhot, North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on that day. Based on the joint efforts of the publicity department of the CPC Hohhot municipal committee, Neimenggu Television and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Bureau of Sports, the event aims to promote Boke, or Mongolian Wrestling, as a folk wrestling style of the Mongolian ethnic group and to be recognized as one of the top three Mongolian sports or so called “Three Manly Skills”, in addition to horsemanship and archery.
