Representatives of over 300 enterprises, research institutes and industrial parks from China, Russia and Mongolia took part in a trade fair on grasslands animal husbandry innovative brands, which began on July 16 in Xilingol, a league known for horses in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region.

Focusing on the grasslands animal husbandry, the fair was designed to promote new products and technological achievements of China, especially in Inner Mongolia.

A set of activities, including showcases and seminars were organized during the three-day fair, covering areas like meat processing, dairy, biological technology and machinery.

A livestock e-commerce platform opened after the fair’s opening ceremony. This ethnic e-commerce platform will focus on the promotion and marketing of beef and mutton produced in Xilingol and related livestock products.

It is the second time Xilingol hosted the trade fair. The first time was in 2014.
