As Spring Festival is approaching, the city of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, and its Yuquan district, launched a "going to the rural areas in winter" activity. The experts and the literary and art workers in various local government departments, including culture, health, and science and technology, went to rural areas to give away books on agricultural science and health care, to offer free diagnoses and treatment, and to hold an art show in order to bring happiness and warmth to everyone.
