The city of Baotou, Inner Mongolia, held a poetry event in the municipal library, on March 27, with a combination of poems and music for some 300 poetry fans and an enjoyable grasslands literary get-together. The idea of the event was to promote Baotou culture through public recitals.

The library was the host, together with the city's reading club and Ruide Bookstore.
