According to a recent plan, the government proposed an increase of 11.5 percent to 290 million yuan ($36.7 million) in funding to alleviate poverty this year.

It also plans to allocate more funding to allow more residents to be included in the social security system, keeping the development of compulsory education in villages commensurate with that in cities, and promoting the development of health care and public transport.

These efforts are expected to further improve local people's sense of satisfaction.
