The 18th Hulunbuir Ice and Snow Nadam Fair kicks off in Hulunbuir, Dec 23, 2017. Since 1999, the Hulunbuir Ice and Snow Nadam Fair has been held on the same day each year. The event is called the “Winter Olympics on the grassland” and is a meeting point for the varied ethnic groups of the region, including Mongolians, Oroqen and residents from the Ewenki Autonomous Banner.
