Baotou No 29 Middle School is located in Hondlon district, Baotou and covers an area of 17,399 square meters with a construction area of 20,400 square meters.

The school currently employs 205 faculty members and offers 52 classes for a total of 3,384 students.

The school has two advanced physics laboratories, two chemistry laboratories, two biology laboratories, two preparation rooms, three computer rooms equipped with 210 computers, and special classrooms for multimedia, books, reading, music, art, technology, and psychological counseling.

All classrooms are equipped with multimedia equipment for teaching, and the library contains more than 50,000 books and 200,000 e-books.
