A promotional conference on Tongliao's medicine industry was held during the event in an effort to attract investment and cooperation.

Eight projects were signed at the conference, including the development of a medical industry park, logistics for medicine, Chinese and Mongolian medicine production, the construction of a Chinese and Mongolian medicine center to process healthy food, construction of a digital factory that will produce Mongolian medicine, the development of a pharmaceutical chain and wholesale logistics park, the formation of a Mongolian medicine industrial chain, the construction of an international Mongolian medicine building, and Chinese medicine planting. 

The projects are meant to promote the development and revitalization of Tongliao's traditional Chinese and Mongolian medicine industries.
