Inner Mongolia Horinger New Area in Hohhot, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, was recently selected as one of the Most Valuable New Districts (Regions) for Investment and Business. The decision was announced at the second Forum of International Business Environment in China in Beijing on Aug 30.

Horinger New Area stood out across various indicators, including the effectiveness of government management, industrial development strength, commercial vitality, social development impetus and brand influence.

Xiongan New Area and Lanzhou New Area were also included in the new district ranking.

The Forum of International Business Environment in China, launched by Global Times in 2019, aims to promote the urban business environment's high-quality development. The forum uses the global public opinion data center big data index to summarize the advantages of Chinese cities and new districts in building an international business environment.
