Inner Mongolia acts to improve business environment
North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region recently launched further measures to boost its business environment called the "Inner Mongolia Business Environment Assessment Implementation Measures (Trial)".
The initiative was introduced in a bid to accelerate improvements to its commercial system and create a first-class business environment that is satisfactory to both enterprises and the general public.
The measures stipulate that the objects of the business environment assessment will be the administrative offices of the leagues and the municipal governments of cities setting up districts.
According to the program's work needs, selected banners, counties, development zones and pilot zones will come up for evaluation.
The business environment assessment indicator system is divided into four categories, 20 first-level indicators and 92 second-level indicators. The business environment assessment will be incorporated into the performance evaluation index system of the region's leagues and cities.
The business environment assessment is based on China's business environment assessment method, organized and implemented by the National Development and Reform Commission. It is being commissioned by a third-party professional organization, in order to be carried out independently.
The schedule is for the process to be completed by the end of January of the following year, with a business environment assessment report then compiled.
The data obtained in the business environment assessment being verified by the third-party organization will use an analysis system to conduct a full chain review and verification of the processing links, times and costs -- ensuring that the survey data is true, complete and objective and the evaluation results are realistic.
