The China-Mongolia-Russia City Cooperation Conference on the "Tea Road" took place in Duolun county in Xiliin Gol League, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Aug 2-3.

The symposium was attended by around 60 representatives from cities along the "Tea Road", experts and scholars from academic research institutions, and representatives from the tea industry, enterprises, and related international organizations.

Since 2012, the conference has been held in Ereenhot, Wuyishan in Fujian, Qianshan, and Pingyao. It aims to promote the integration and development of cities along the "Tea Road", and deepen cultural, tourism and economic and trade exchanges between China, Mongolia, and Russia.

This year's conference was themed around "sharing results and promoting the integration of tea culture, the tea industry, and tea technology".

The conference consisted of in-depth discussions and exchanges on hot issues such as joint applications for heritage, youth innovation, the research and development of tourism routes, and the promotion of tourism alliances, and put forward suggestions and implementation plans.

The "Tea Road" is an important international business road that emerged in Eurasia after the Silk Road. It emerged in the 17th century, starting from Wuyi Mountain in Fujian in South China, passing through Jiangxi, Anhui, Hunan, Hubei, Henan, Shanxi, Hebei, and Inner Mongolia, and terminating in St. Petersburg in Russia.

The entire road is over 13,000 kilometers in length.
