Inner Mongolia's confirmed cases under careful treatment

As of 12 pm Nov 1, four COVID-19 cases in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region had recovered and been discharged from the hospital since the new wave of the virus began in mid-October.

To date, Inner Mongolia has had 161 locally confirmed cases, including two in Tumd Left Banner and one in the Xincheng district of Hohhot, 15 in the city of Ereenhot in Xiliin Gol League, one in Ejin Horoo Banner in the city of Ordos, and 141 in Ejine Banner and one in Alshaa Left Banner in Alshaa League.

Inner Mongolia has also seen another nine imported cases.

Currently, all confirmed cases are being treated in isolation at designated hospitals, all discharged cases are being managed in isolation and undergoing health monitoring at designated places, and all close contacts were quarantined at designated places for medical observation.

Ejine Banner has completed its eighth round of nucleic acid testing, with a total of 32,667 samples being tested. 

The city of Ereenhot continues to strengthen nucleic acid testing for key populations, and Hohhot is implementing large-scale nucleic acid testing in five counties outside the key areas of its jurisdiction.
