Wuliji Port opens for first time this year
A truck carrying 26.03 metric tons of aid materials successfully passed customs clearance at the Wuliji Port in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region and embarked on its journey to its destination in Mongolia on July 20.
This marked the temporary opening of the Wuliji Port for the first time this year.
Wuliji Port is the 10th port in Inner Mongolia to open to China's northern neighbor Mongolia.
It is located within Wuliji township in Alshaa Left Banner.
It serves as an important land channel connecting Northwest, North and Central China to five provinces of Mongolia.
