473 new industrial projects to settle in Inner Mongolia
In the first half of this year, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region saw significant success in business promotion.
From January to June this year, Inner Mongolia introduced 473 industrial projects with a total of 1,221.16 billion yuan ($183.22 billion) in investment.
Among them, 419 projects with a combined investment of 1.12 trillion yuan had already signed agreements, and another 54 projects with a combined investment of 100.69 billion yuan will soon see deals signed.
The majority of the deals involve the green agricultural and livestock product processing industry, modern equipment manufacturing industry, new chemical industry, new materials industry and biomedical industry.
Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos led Inner Mongolia in business promotion.
Ordos introduced 126 projects with a total investment of 530.36 billion yuan, followed by Baotou with 264.87 billion yuan and Hohhot with 81.18 billion yuan.
